Don's Bio After graduation Don farmed and worked at National Cash Register up to and after his military service.  Don served in the military betwen 1957 and1959 in Alabama and Munich Germany.  He also was employed at Crane Pumps and Systems for nearly 25 years and retired in July, 1999, Don and Nancy Royer were wed on August 6, 1960.  Nancy and Don have 3 children.  Daughter Barbara Hamlin, teacher, organist and homemaker, married Robert Hamlin, math teacher and soccer coach at Bethel High School.  Allen Mack, Principal of Miami East Jr, High, former basketball coach at Miami East HS and math teacher, Married Julie Eichenauer.  Daughter Brenda Self is married to Randy Self, assistant high school principal.  In addition, Don and Nancy have 9 grandchildren. Don recalls his most fun trip as "Oberammergau 200", a 14 day tour to Europe that included the Oberammergau Passion Play.  He would like to visit western states and revisit Europe.
